The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the St. David's Warriors (Raleigh, NC) and the visiting Wayne Country Day Chargers (Goldsboro, NC), observed St. David's's basketball team overwhelm Wayne Country Day by a score of 44-11.
The Warriors (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Trinity Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Tigers come into the NCISAA Capital City challenge with a 3-1 record.
In their next game, the Chargers encounter the Coastal Christian Centurions (Wilmington, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Plain challenge, on Wednesday, December 4. Wayne Country Day will attempt to improve on its 0-7 season record. The Centurions come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 38-10 non-league loss to St. David's (Raleigh, NC).
