In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Palisades Pumas basketball team scored a good 25-17 win over the Catawba Ridge Copperheads.
The Pumas (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Independence (Charlotte, NC). The Patriots come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record.
In their next game, the Copperheads battle the South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 6. Catawba Ridge will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Red Raiders come into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 45-9 non-league win over York (York, SC).
