In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Torrance Tartars soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Hawthorne Cougars.
The Tartars (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Bishop Montgomery (Torrance, CA). The Knights go into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Bishop Montgomery was edged by West (Torrance, CA), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
