    In Wednesday's non-league test, the Rosewood Eagles (Goldsboro, NC) basketball squad knocked off the host Jones Trojans (Trenton, NC), by a score of 67-47.

    Next, the Eagles encounter the North Duplin Rebels (Calypso, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 5. Rosewood will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record.

    The Trojans (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Spring Creek (Seven Springs, NC). The Gators go into the non-league bout with a 0-2 record. In their last bout, Spring Creek fell by Union (Rose Hill, NC), 81-65, in a non-league bout.
