Indiana High School Basketball - South Bend Riley nips Jimtown

December 3, 2025: Elkhart, IN 46517

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the South Bend Riley Wildcats (South Bend, IN) and the host Jimtown Jimmies (Elkhart, IN), observed South Bend Riley's basketball team edge Jimtown by a score of 40-38.

The Wildcats (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Elkhart (Elkhart, IN). The Lions come into the Northern Indiana challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Elkhart was tipped by Northridge (Middlebury, IN), 69-40, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Jimmies meet the Knox Redskins (Knox, IN) in a Indiana Northern State battle, on Saturday, December 6. Jimtown will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Redskins enter the battle with a 2-7 record after their 41-27 non-league win over Hebron (Hebron, IN).
