In Thursday's non-league outing, the Burbank Titans (Sacramento, CA) basketball squad edged the host Cordova Lancers (Rancho Cordova, CA), by a margin of 1-0.
The Titans (10-2) will now prepare for their outing against Laguna Creek (Elk Grove, CA). The Cardinals go into the Metropolitan Conference outing with a 8-4 record. In their last outing, Laguna Creek held off Manteca (Manteca, CA), 58-51, in a non-league outing.
The Lancers now own a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Valley for a Greater Sacramento outing on Friday, January 7. Cordova will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 83-63 non-league win over Tokay (Lodi, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-10.
