The Taft Toreadors basketball team (Woodland Hills, CA), was overwhelmed 77-41 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA)
The Knights now possess a 16-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Narbonne for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 31. Bishop Montgomery will confront a Gauchos team coming off a 54-32 non-league loss to Canyon (Anaheim, CA). The Gauchos record now stands at 8-6.
The Toreadors (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Grant (Van Nuys, CA). The Lancers come into the non-league battle with a 7-5 record.
