Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Leuzinger Olympians (Lawndale, CA) and the host Bosco Tech Tigers (Rosemead, CA), saw Leuzinger's basketball squad hold off Bosco Tech by a tally of 50-46.

With the victory, Leuzinger improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Olympians travel to Centennial (Compton, CA) to confront the Apaches in a Ocean challenge on Wednesday, January 4. The Apaches come into the challenge with a record of 2-11. Centennial lost 65-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Marquez (Huntington Park, CA)

Next up, the Tigers confront the Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary Cardinals (Montebello, CA) in a Camino Real challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Bosco Tech will attempt to improve on its 11-4 season record.
