Missouri High School Basketball - Christian Brothers topped by Briarcrest Christian

The Briarcrest Christian Saints basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the host Christian Brothers Cadets to 50 in the Saints non-league victory on Friday.

The Saints now sport a 17-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Memphis East for a non-league contest on Monday, January 2. Briarcrest Christian will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 95-35 non-league win over Hillcrest (Memphis, TN). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-3.

The Cadets (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against De Smet Jesuit (St. Louis, MO). The Spartans come into the Metro Catholic contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, De Smet Jesuit was defeated by Memphis University (Memphis, TN), 59-52, in a non-league contest.
