Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY) and the visiting Cambridge Bears (Milton, GA), saw Pulaski County's basketball squad knock off Cambridge by a count of 64-54.

With the victory, Pulaski County upgrades its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The Maroons travel to Lincoln County (Stanford, KY) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Lincoln County won 66-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Perry County Central (Hazard, KY)

Next up, the Bears play the Northview Titans (Johns Creek, GA) in a AAAAA Region 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Cambridge will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 64-62 non-league win over Whitefield Academy (Mableton, GA).
