Nevada High School Basketball - Canyon Springs knocked off by Indio

The Indio Rajahs basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Canyon Springs Pioneers to 55 in the Rajahs non-league triumph on Friday.
The Rajahs now sport a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Banning for a Desert Valley contest on Tuesday, January 3. Indio will meet a Broncos team coming off a 63-29 league loss to Yucca Valley (Yucca Valley, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 1-5.
The Pioneers (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Royal (Simi Valley, CA). The Highlanders enter the non-league contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Royal was outscored by Hoover (San Diego, CA), 67-61, in a non-league contest.
