In Friday's non-league match, the host Custer Wildcats basketball team scored a good 52-38 triumph over the Chadron Cardinals.
In their next game, the Wildcats meet the Sturgis Brown Scoopers (Sturgis, SD) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 3. Custer will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Scoopers enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 45-26 league loss to Riggs (Pierre, SD).
