In Friday's non-league match, the host North Charlotte Lions basketball team scored a good 52-38 triumph over the Covenant Classical Warriors.
In their next game, the Lions meet the Walnut Grove Christian Christian Warriors (Fort Mill, SC) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 31. North Charlotte will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Christian Warriors enter the match with a 6-3 record after their 77-57 league loss to Lee Park Prep (Monroe, NC).
