North Carolina High School Basketball - Covenant Classical falls to North Charlotte

December 30, 2022: Charlotte, NC 28214

In Friday's non-league match, the host North Charlotte Lions basketball team scored a good 52-38 triumph over the Covenant Classical Warriors.

In their next game, the Lions meet the Walnut Grove Christian Christian Warriors (Fort Mill, SC) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 31. North Charlotte will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Christian Warriors enter the match with a 6-3 record after their 77-57 league loss to Lee Park Prep (Monroe, NC).

With the defeat, Covenant Classical moves to 5-6 on the year. The Warriors travel to Victory Christian Academy (Gastonia, NC) to meet the Patriots in a non-league match on Friday, December 30. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 8-0. Victory Christian Academy won 61-47 in their recent league match against Nebo Crossing Academy (Nebo, NC)
