The Victory Christian Academy Patriots basketball team (Gastonia, NC), was nudged 60-57 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Covenant Classical Warriors (Concord, NC)

The Warriors now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jackson Day for a non-league battle on Friday, January 6.

The Patriots (8-2) will now prepare for their battle against Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC). The Warriors come into the Western Piedmont battle with a 8-3 record.
