The Wichita Christian Stars basketball team (Wichita Falls, TX), was routed 76-49 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Crowell Wildcats (Crowell, TX)

The Wildcats now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Benjamin for a 1A Region II District 16 battle on Tuesday, January 3. Crowell will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 83-24 non-league win over Santa Anna (Santa Anna, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-0.

The Stars (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Holy Cross Academy (Amarillo, TX). The Mustangs come into the TAPPS 1A District 1 battle with a 1-3 record.
