Florida High School Basketball - Deltona over Jenkins

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Deltona Wolves (Deltona, FL) and the visiting Jenkins Warriors (Savannah, GA), saw Deltona's basketball squad overcome Jenkins by a tally of 55-42.

With the victory, Deltona improves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Wolves host Seabreeze (Daytona Beach, FL) to play the Sandcrabs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Sandcrabs come into the challenge with a record of 5-7. Seabreeze lost 74-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Hialeah (Hialeah, FL)

Next up, the Warriors play the Ware County Gators (Waycross, GA) in a AAAAA Region 1 challenge, on Friday, January 6. Jenkins will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record.
