Texas High School Basketball - Estacado overwhelmed by Midland Christian

The Midland Christian Mustangs basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Estacado Matadors to 39 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 15-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DeSoto for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. Midland Christian will battle a Eagles team coming off a 61-35 non-league win over Tournament Opponent (, ). The Eagles record now stands at 14-3.

The Matadors (11-13) will now prepare for their contest against Frenship (Wolfforth, TX). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 16-2 record. In their last contest, Frenship triumphed over Weatherford (Weatherford, TX), 77-49, in a non-league contest.
