The Foothill Tech Dragons basketball team (Ventura, CA), was overwhelmed 73-46 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Oaks Christian Lions (Westlake Village, CA)

The Lions now possess a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newbury Park for a Marmonte battle on Tuesday, January 3. Oaks Christian will confront a Panthers team coming off a 62-59 non-league loss to Knight (Palmdale, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 14-4.

The Dragons (8-9) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Diego (Santa Barbara, CA). The Cardinals come into the non-league battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Bishop Diego trounced Carpinteria (Carpinteria, CA), 56-29, in a non-league battle.
