Texas High School Basketball - Fort Bend Austin thwarts Randle

The Fort Bend Austin Bulldogs (Sugar Land, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Randle Lions (Richmond, TX), 63-51 in Friday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs (11-10) will now prepare for their test against Fort Bend Bush (Richmond, TX). The Broncos go into the 6A Region III District 20 test with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Fort Bend Bush was defeated by The Woodlands Christian Academy (The Woodlands, TX), 57-53, in a non-league contest.

The Lions (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against Fulshear (Fulshear, TX). The Chargers enter the 5A Region III District 20 contest with a 9-11 record. In their last contest, Fulshear ran past Milby (Houston, TX), 48-40, in a non-league contest.
