The Lenape Indians (Medford, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Mainland Regional Mustangs (Linwood, NJ), 41-29 in Friday's non-league test.
The Indians (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Medford Tech (Medford, NJ). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Medford Tech went down by Trenton Central (Trenton, NJ), 84-55, in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now own a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Pleasantville for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 3. Mainland Regional will encounter a Greyhounds squad coming off a 66-61 non-league loss to Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City, NJ). The Greyhounds record now stands at 4-4.
