Washington, DC High School Basketball - Lightridge tops Parkside

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Lightridge Bolts (Aldie, VA) and the host Parkside Eagles (Washington, DC), saw Lightridge's basketball squad knock off Parkside by a tally of 53-45.
With the victory, Lightridge improves its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Bolts travel to Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA) to play the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 4. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 3-4.
Next up, the Eagles play the National Christian Academy White Eagles (Fort Washington, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Parkside will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record.
