With the victory, Thayer Central improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Superior (Superior, NE) to confront the Wildcats in a C2 District 10 challenge on Friday, January 6. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-7. Superior lost 70-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Cross County (Stromsburg, NE)

Next up, the Knights confront the Bishop Neumann Cavaliers (Wahoo, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 31. Lourdes Central Catholic will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 45-43 non-league loss to Seward (Seward, NE).
