The Muscle Shoals Trojans basketball team scored 78 points and held the host RePublic to 31 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Trojans now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hazel Green for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Muscle Shoals will meet a Trojans team coming off a 63-59 non-league loss to Madison Academy (Madison, AL). The Trojans record now stands at 4-12.
The (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against KIPP Nashville Collegiate (Nashville, TN). The Warriors enter the 2A District 8 contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, KIPP Nashville Collegiate was routed by Overton (Nashville, TN), 74-49, in a non-league contest.
