Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Virginia Episcopal School tipped by Taylor Allderdice

In Friday's non-league match, the host Taylor Allderdice Dragons basketball team scored a tight 64-59 triumph over the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops.

In their next game, the Dragons meet the Obama Academy of International Studies Eagles (Pittsburgh, PA) in a Pittsburgh City match, on Wednesday, January 4. Taylor Allderdice will attempt to move on its 8-3 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 2-5 record after their 50-43 non-league loss to Freeport (Freeport, PA).

With the defeat, Virginia Episcopal School moves to 3-10 on the year. The Bishops travel to Life Christian Academy (Chester, VA) to meet the Eagles in a non-league match on Friday, January 6. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 4-6. Life Christian Academy lost 56-55 in their recent league match against Potomac School (McLean, VA)
