Ohio High School Basketball - Bloom-Carroll knocked off by Unioto

The Unioto Shermans basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs to 34 in the Shermans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Shermans now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southeastern for a Scioto Valley contest on Tuesday, January 3. Unioto will meet a Panthers team coming off a 39-37 non-league loss to Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 3-6.

The Bulldogs (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against Canal Winchester (Canal Winchester, OH). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Canal Winchester ran past New Albany (New Albany, OH), 45-38, in a non-league contest.
