Texas High School Basketball - Coram Deo Academy ripped by Vega

The Vega Longhorns basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Coram Deo Academy Lions to 23 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Friday.
The Longhorns now sport a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tulia for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. Vega will battle a Hornets team coming off a 47-43 non-league win over Smyer (Smyer, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 9-11.
The Lions (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Slaton (Slaton, TX). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 6-8 record. In their last contest, Slaton was routed by Quanah (Quanah, TX), 51-39, in a non-league contest.
