Heber Springs Panthers (Heber Springs, AR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Fountain Lake Cobras (Hot Springs National Park, AR), 50-29 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Heber Springs upgrades its record to 14-1 on the season. The Panthers host Rural Special (Fox, AR) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 3-3.
Next up, the Cobras play the Pottsville Apaches (Pottsville, AR) in a 4A Region 4 bout, on Friday, January 6. Fountain Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record.
