The Francis Parker Lancers (San Diego, CA) basketball felled the host University Trojans (Irvine, CA), 43-27 in Friday's non-league test.
The Lancers (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Pacific Ridge (Carlsbad, CA). The Firebird go into the Pacific test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Pacific Ridge was beaten by Bishop Diego (Santa Barbara, CA), 37-22, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now own a 3-13 record. They play next when they host Northwood for a Pacific Coast test on Tuesday, January 3. University will encounter a Timberwolves squad coming off a 63-25 non-league win over El Modena (Orange, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 12-4.
