The Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL) basketball nipped the host Grayslake Central Rams (Grayslake, IL), 37-32 in Friday's non-league test.
The Spartans (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL). The Titans go into the Central Suburban - South test with a 15-2 record. In their last test, Glenbrook South got by Schaumburg (Schaumburg, IL), 58-51, in a non-league test.
The Rams now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to North Chicago for a Northern Lake County test on Friday, January 6. Grayslake Central will encounter a Warhawks squad coming off a 47-21 non-league loss to Wheeling (Wheeling, IL). The Warhawks record now stands at 0-8.
