The Morgan Park Academy Warriors basketball team scored 33 points and held the host Kennedy Crusaders to 31 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Warriors now hold a 14-2 record. They play next when they host Lake Forest Academy for a Independent School challenge on Tuesday, January 10.

Next up, the Crusaders play the UIC College Prep Firecats (Chicago, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Firecats come into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 46-30 league loss to ITW David Speer Academy (Chicago, IL).
