Texas High School Basketball - Parish Episcopal edges Lubbock

December 30, 2022: Lubbock, TX 79401

The Parish Episcopal Panthers (Dallas, TX) basketball nipped the host Lubbock Westerners (Lubbock, TX), 59-56 in Friday's non-league test.

The Panthers (14-4) will now prepare for their test against Lake Dallas (Corinth, TX). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 6-10 record.

The Westerners now own a 12-8 record. They play next when they travel to Abilene for a 5A Region I District 4 test on Tuesday, January 3. Lubbock will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 49-43 non-league win over Richland (North Richland Hills, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 12-12.
