Georgia High School Basketball - Northside knocked off by St. Francis

The St. Francis Knights basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Northside Patriots to 49 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodward Academy for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 4. St. Francis will meet a War Eagles team coming off a 85-48 non-league win over Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 9-4.

The Patriots (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Drew (Riverdale, GA). The enter the AAAAA Region 3 contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Drew ran past Clarkston (Clarkston, GA), 32-20, in a non-league contest.
