Georgia High School Basketball - Oglethorpe County winner over Pace Academy

In Friday's non-league outing, the Oglethorpe County Patriots (Lexington, GA) basketball squad felled the host Pace Academy Knights (Atlanta, GA), by a margin of 65-52.

The Patriots (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 3-10 record. In their last outing, Oconee County was beaten by Banks County (Homer, GA), 66-46, in a non-league outing.

The Knights now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Woodland for a AAAA Region 5 outing on Tuesday, January 3. Pace Academy will clash with a Wolfpack squad coming off a 49-43 non-league win over Eagle's Landing (McDonough, GA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 7-3.
