In Friday's non-league challenge, the Northwest Catholic Lions (West Hartford, CT) ice hockey team the visiting Ridgefield Tigers (Ridgefield, CT), by a margin of 4-0.
The Lions now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host South Windsor for a Central Connecticut - North challenge on Wednesday, January 11.
The Tigers (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT). The Cadets come into the FCIAC challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, St. Joseph by Xavier (Middletown, CT), 8-3, in a non-league challenge.
