North Carolina High School Basketball - Bishop McGuinness topples Northern Guilford

In Friday's non-league outing, the Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) basketball squad beat the host Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC), by a count of 46-33.

The Villains (8-0) will now prepare for their outing against Forsyth Country Day (Lewisville, NC). The Furies go into the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Forsyth Country Day was topped by West Stokes (King, NC), 50-46, in a non-league outing.

The Nighthawks now hold a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Southwest Guilford for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 4. Northern Guilford will clash with a Cowboys squad coming off a 82-60 non-league win over T.W. Andrews (High Point, NC). The Cowboys record now stands at 7-1.
