The Carmel Padres basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the visiting Silver Creek Raiders to 38 in the Padres non-league victory on Friday.

The Padres now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alisal for a contest on Tuesday, January 3. Carmel will battle a Trojans team coming off a 63-62 non-league win over Aptos (Aptos, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 7-2.

The Raiders (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Sequoia (Redwood City, CA). The Ravens come into the non-league contest with a 1-5 record.
