The Ambridge Bridgers basketball team (Ambridge, PA), dropped 71-59 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA)
The Golden Rams now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hampton for a WPIAL 4A 1 battle on Tuesday, January 2. Highlands will battle a Talbots team coming off a 51-34 non-league win over Grove City (Grove City, PA). The Talbots record now stands at 7-2.
The Bridgers (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Hopewell (Aliquippa, PA). The Vikings come into the WPIAL 4A 2 battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Hopewell dropped by Shenango (New Castle, PA), 71-40, in a non-league battle.
