In Saturday's league outing, the Apponequet Regional Lakers (Lakeville, MA) basketball squad felled the host West Bridgewater Wildcats (West Bridgewater, MA), by a margin of 53-45.
The Lakers (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Case (Swansea, MA). The Cardinals go into the South Coast outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Case thwarted Westport (Westport, MA), 69-50, in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Fairhaven for a South Coast outing on Tuesday, January 2.
