The John Champe Knights basketball team (Aldie, VA), was nudged 60-55 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Atlantic Collegiate Academy Armada (Conway, SC)
The Armada now possess a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Governor's School for Science & Math for a non-league battle on Friday, January 5. Atlantic Collegiate Academy will confront a Eagles team coming off a 60-26 non-league loss to Green Sea Floyds (Green Sea, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
The Knights (5-4) will now prepare for their battle against Heritage (Leesburg, VA). The Pride come into the non-league battle with a 0-7 record.
