Illinois High School Basketball - Harvest Christian Academy nudges Aurora Central Catholic

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Harvest Christian Academy Lions (Elgin, IL) basketball squad edged the visiting Aurora Central Catholic Chargers (Aurora, IL), by a margin of 48-46.
The Lions (12-7) will now prepare for their outing against Alden-Hebron (Hebron, IL). The Green Giants go into the Northeastern outing with a 4-8 record. In their last outing, Alden-Hebron was tipped by Durand (Durand, IL), 71-37, in a non-league outing.
The Chargers now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Elgin Academy for a non-league outing on Friday, January 5. Aurora Central Catholic will clash with a Hilltoppers squad coming off a 65-57 non-league loss to Shepard (Palos Heights, IL). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 7-9.
