South Carolina High School Basketball - Ben Lippen thwarted by Colleton County

The Ben Lippen Falcons basketball team (Columbia, SC), was toppled 62-51 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Colleton County Cougars (Walterboro, SC)

The Cougars now possess a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stratford for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 3. Colleton County will confront a Knights team coming off a 57-53 non-league loss to North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC). The Knights record now stands at 7-10.

The Falcons (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Varsity Opponent (, ). The come into the non-league battle with a 210-769 record. In their last battle, Varsity Opponent was toppled by Shabach Christian Academy Blue (Landover, MD), 72-55, in a league battle.
