The Bethel Park Black Hawks (Bethel Park, PA) basketball knocked off the visiting Blackhawk Cougars (Beaver Falls, PA), 88-69 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Black Hawks (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Ringgold (Monongahela, PA). The Rams go into the WPIAL 5A 1 test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Ringgold went down by Southmoreland (Alverton, PA), 67-38, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Beaver for a WPIAL 4A 2 test on Friday, January 5.
