The Central Grizzlies basketball team (Fresno, CA), was nudged 51-46 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Glendora Tartans (Glendora, CA)
The Tartans now possess a 13-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Claremont for a Palomares battle on Friday, January 5. Glendora will battle a Wolfpack team coming off a 54-42 non-league win over Arroyo (El Monte, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 5-12.
The Grizzlies (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against Clovis West (Fresno, CA). The Golden Eagles come into the Tri-Rivers battle with a 15-3 record. In their last battle, Clovis West edged Brophy College Prep (Phoenix, AZ), 62-53, in a non-league battle.
