The Central Magnet topped the host Fulton Falcons basketball team by a final score of 76-61 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the face the Sycamore War Eagles (Pleasant View, TN) in a non-league game, on Thursday, January 4. Central Magnet will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The War Eagles enter the game with a 9-5 record after their 64-58 non-league win over Cheatham County Central (Ashland City, TN).
The Falcons (14-1) will now prepare for their battle against William Blount (Maryville, TN). The Governors come into the non-league battle with a 15-2 record. In their last battle, William Blount prevailed over South Walton (Santa Rosa Beach, FL), 65-56, in a non-league battle.
