Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones (Clark, SD) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Chamberlain Cubs (Chamberlain, SD), 62-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Clark/Willow Lake upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Cyclones travel to Groton (Groton, SD) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-2.

Next up, the Cubs clash with the Winner Warriors (Winner, SD) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Chamberlain will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 52-40 non-league loss to Parkston (Parkston, SD).
