The Chester Flyers basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the host DeSmet Bulldogs to 24 in the Flyers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Flyers now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Baltic for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 11. Chester will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 57-37 non-league win over Deubrook (White, SD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-2.
The Bulldogs (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Arlington (Arlington, SD). The Cardinals come into the B Region 2 contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Arlington triumphed over Oldham-Ramona/Rutland (Ramona, SD), 48-39, in a league contest.
