Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the St. Brendan Sabres (Miami, FL) and the host Community School of Naples Seahawks (Naples, FL), saw St. Brendan's basketball squad overcome Community School of Naples by a tally of 54-44.
With the victory, St. Brendan improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Sabres travel to Lely (Naples, FL) to confront the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 2-8.
Next up, the Seahawks confront the Palmetto Ridge Bears (Naples, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Community School of Naples will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 12-2 record after their 51-36 non-league win over John Carroll Catholic (Fort Pierce, FL).
