Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lake View Chiefs (San Angelo, TX) and the host Crane Cranes (Crane, TX), saw Lake View's basketball squad wallop Crane by a tally of 71-46.
With the victory, Lake View improves its record to 8-14 on the campaign. The Chiefs host Greenwood (Midland, TX) to play the Rangers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Rangers come into the challenge with a record of 12-9. Greenwood lost 56-53 in their recent non-league challenge against Canyon Lake (Fischer, TX)
Next up, the Cranes play the Presidio Blue Devils (Presidio, TX) in a 3A Region I District 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Crane will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record.
