Georgia High School Basketball - Miller County beaten by Crossroad Academy

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Crossroad Academy Scorpions basketball team scored a good 66-47 triumph over the Miller County Pirates.

In their next game, the Scorpions face the Madison County Cowboys (Madison, FL) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, January 3. Crossroad Academy will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Cowboys enter the match with a 3-6 record after their 71-41 non-league loss to King's Academy (West Palm Beach, FL).

With the defeat, Miller County moves to 4-7 on the year. The Pirates host Pelham (Pelham, GA) to face the Hornets in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 2. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 3-5. Pelham lost 50-45 in their recent non-league match against Ocoee (Ocoee, FL)
