With the victory, King's upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Sultan (Sultan, WA) to play the Turks in a 1A Emerald Sound challenge on Friday, January 5. The Turks come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Sultan won 67-62 in their recent league challenge against Overlake (Redmond, WA)

Next up, the Trailblazers play the Arbor View Aggies (Las Vegas, NV) in a 5A Southern challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Durango will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Aggies go into the test with a 8-5 record after their 48-43 non-league win over Somerset Academy Losee (North Las Vegas, NV).
